We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
All deliveries are processed within 72 working hours of an order being received . All orders in the UK may take upto 72 hours to arrive once despatched & all orders outside the UK may take upto 8 working days to arrive after being despatched. Do however take into consideration that during exceptionally busy periods orders may take a bit longer to arrive based on courier overloads. Every single order we process is issued a tracking code by our courier services and can be requested at any time by any given customer however along with the courier service used. It is then down to the customer to track there parcel and get in contact with the courier service if they have any questions regarding there item in transit. We do not hold customers tracking information and can't help customers with any courier service issues.
For hygiene purposes, we do not offer refunds.
If an order has been damaged in transit as long as sufficient proof has been received by ourselves we will offer an exchange & we will also pay for the postage for the damaged package to get back to ourselves.
Cancellations need to be received before the product has been sent out, as soon as the product has been dispatched by ourselves customers will no longer be able to cancel. As-long as a cancellation is received before dispatch a full refund will be issued.
We will not be held responsible for wrong delivery addresses. All items are sent to the delivery address provided by the customer, if a customer provides a wrong delivery address no refund will be issued. If you notice a wrong delivery address on your order confirmation please send us an email as soon as possible to change it, if it has not been despatched we will change it at no extra cost, if it has already been despatched there is nothing we can do to change it.
All taxes including import tax are paid by ourselves.
On the odd occasion a tin might come pressurised as air can get locked inside when it is sealed, all tins are sealed from the inside to protect products being tampered with and the content getting stuck in the tin grooves. We always put an extra 20 uses in each tin just incase you lose a bit of the product down to a pressurised tin, it’s completely normal and won’t effect the product or your results.
